Refund policy

 If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on all of our ready-to-wear items up to 14 days after delivery subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined below. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer free returns for all customers based in Ireland via Parcel Motel's drop off returns service. We also offer free returns via UPS Access Points to customers based in the following countries, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. If you are located outside these countries or do not wish avail of the drop off returns service then you must ship your return via a courier with tracking at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Once you decide to return a product you must not use it and must take good care of it whilst it remains in your possession. The product must be returned to us undamaged and in the same state in which it was sold to you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Such emails should include the date of purchase, along with the choice of reimbursement method. You must also provide photographic evidence for any defected products. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will indicate on every product page whether or not the item is returnable and if it is non-returnable we will explain why this is so. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
